Return Window:
7 calendar days .from receipt of goods (statutory right under Swiss Code of Obligations Art. 40d).

Conditions:
Products must be completely unopened, unused, and in original packaging. The hygiene seal must be fully intact (no broken seals, opened caps, or removed protective films).

Strict Exclusions (No Returns):
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetic products (creams, serums), perfumes that have been unsealed or sprayed, or partially used items. Gift sets with damaged outer packaging are also excluded.

Refund Processing:
Within 14 days of receiving your return, credited to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Return Shipping:
Customer bears cost (CHF 7.00 standard). Exception: If the item arrives defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping via prepaid label and issue a full refund including original shipping.

Damaged Goods:
Contact us within 48 hours with photos for immediate replacement or refund.

· CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008: Classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures

4.2 Quality Assurance

· All suppliers are EU-based manufacturers with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification

· Products bear CE marking or equivalent conformity marking where applicable

· Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR) available upon request for professional buyers

· No animal testing (compliance with EU Cosmetics Regulation testing ban)

4.3 Transparency

We provide full INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) listings for all products. Allergen information is clearly marked according to EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, Annex III.
